How Long Does It Take?
It generally takes a matter of just 72 hours or less. More often than not, we have it up and done in less that 48 hours. Much depends on how fast you send us the information you want on the site. You get it here ... and we'll get-r'-dun ASAP. Our aim is to make you look Good - as fast as we can. We will, ask that you look at your page from time to time. This is done, so that you have a Hands-On" role in creating your page. And it keeps us from having to do the (entire) page over - from the beginning. As soon as your payment is received, we will send you a "link" to a Form, where you can give us in-depth information for insertion.

Are There Any Added Costs?
Not on the Plan you select. Extras are only involved with things such as: I-Frames, Added Flash Presentations, Embedded Video or Multimedia Embedding, & the setting up of a Shopping Cart. The normal insertion of your pic's written composition (submitted be you), music background and your initial Complimentary Flash Header, is all contained in your package. There is nothing hidden or not mentioned; your site will be complete with your purchase price. You have our word on that! And, if you have a request that is not mentioned here, we'll quote you, before just adding it on. And don't worry - we work cheap!

What About Up-Time?
This is the one you need to be concerned about. Many Sites will sell you Hosting for $5 to $10 per month (plus other charges of course), and they make it sound like a really great deal; however, they are generally running hundreds (literally) of clients on the same Server. Often, the Servers will go down (crash), and require immense re-programming on the part of the Web Host. When this happens, all sites on that server go "down". Some of these people are down 6 - 12 times a month. We have been "down"  only 2 times, in the last two years. Things can happen to any of us, but pushing the limits as they do, brings it about much more often.

Is My Information Secure?
Yes. Your information is never shared (or used) in any way with anyone. It is kept in a secure server; only being accessed for updating/repairing your site. At any time, you may request that it be "Deleted", and we will cheerfully comply; however, if you want information put back on (after having had us delete it), there would be a $20 charge for doing so. Your information is quite safe. Additionally, we do not accept financial information from you for any reason; your monthly payment is made through PayPal, and they do not share this information with us. You have no security issues to worry about .. including virus protection.

Do You Have A Guarantee?
Absolutely, & we Live Up To It! We guarantee absolute satisfaction; straight columns, correct spelling, workable links, fast customer support, absolute client privacy with regards to your information) no duplication/s of any of your information, and a pleasant working atmosphere between you and Sitejunky.com. Your needs will not be ignored, but instead - will be met with a one-on-one, lightning fast response. We believe: "The only thing that moves quicker than a Good Reputation, is a Bad One". We have no desire to make ourselves look bad, or obtain a non-professional image.

What's This MP3 Thing About?
Our real call-to-fame, is our love for music in the backdrop of the sites. We furnish any of the MP3's we have to you (1 Free) for use on your site. You do not have to use one, it is simply there as a "Bonus" to you as one of our clients. We have Rock, Soul, Motown, Jazz, Oldies and so on. Maybe you have a favorite song you'd like to have playing in the background? No problem. We even permit the changing of your MP3 one time per month, at no charge to you. Just email us and let us know what you want. Once you have made your payment, a listing of MP3's will be included in what we send you. Currently over 300. You can view those HERE. We can also imbed Videos on your site.

What Is The " Header"?
The "Header", is your main entry welcome piece. If you look at the top of Sitejunky.com here, you will see the header. We love doing flash, and we will make the header as wild as you like (one of the questions on the form we send you, relates to this). We can use your Pictures in it as well; imagine your personal site, with pictures of your loved ones cruising past or fading in and out - what a start huh? It also can include "links" to the rest of your pages on your site (also with special effects). Look at the example sites, and you'll see what I mean. We permit you to correct and modify it 4 times free, then there is a $4.00 charge for changes made to it.

What is "Immediate Update"?
All of our plans have a FREE correction and modification status too - so if something isn't working on your page, or it's crooked, we'll fix it; quick. Another part of "updates" is the daily, weekly or monthly adjustment of pricing; used primarily in the Restaurant and Product category. In all of our Plans, we assure Fast updating of your information; meant simply ... if you contact us with an addition to your site, we will expedite the updating. In all cases, "immediate Update" has precedence over any new sites under Construction. That is to say, "those who already have existent Sites, will be served first?

What Are "Custom Links"?
Custom links are pictures, gifs, flash or text (names, quotes etc.), that have a "URL" imbedded into it. These, links (when clicked) take the individual directly to the specific destination that was entered into the link. Here are just a few examples:You can have it point to your page, another page or even use it for "play" or "download". The variations in how you can use these, is virtually endless.

How Do I Send My Information?
There are two ways you can send it; 1./ By email: You can send .jpeg's, .gif's, mp3's, .bmp's, .ppt's & .pps and Power Point Shows (we can set them up for your family member or client to download directly from your site). 2./ You can Burn-And-Send the information to us (especially great if you have a whole lot of stuff you wish to have on your site. We DO NOT accept any .exe's (executable files) by email, these need to be sent by C/D alone. Then we will upload them to our server (after virus verification) for placement on your site. Example: A "download link" on your site for your favorite Screen Saver, Movie and/or Game/s (.exe).

How Is Payment Made?
We use PayPal; the industry standard. They are fully secure with 128 bit SSL. We use them specifically for the Monthly Fee aspect of our web site clients; this alleviates additional "billing" to the client, which of course would only increase the Cost's of our service. We would have to hire additional staff just to take care of this information. And too, we would have to "house" your financial information (which we are sure you would rather not do). NOTE: You can, as another option, send your payment via U.S.Postal Money Order if you wish, providing it is for a minimum of 6 months service (in addition to your setup fee). Additional Information:

What About "Page Design"?
After your "Setup Payment" is made, you will be taken to the CSQ (Clients Snapshot Query) there will be numerous options, and areas for you to "write in" your information. You will be asked "what type" of motif you'd like on your site: (Atmosphere/Background/Colors/Music etc). You will also be asked things like whether you want to have download links for things such as pictures and so on, and a variety of other questions. We do this so that you have a real hands-on part in your site's creation. It gives us a "snapshot" of you & your personal and/or business likes & needs. See also: "Watching My Site Built".  Once we have received your form results, you'll receive an upload E-Mail Address, and other links to Free Client Addons: Music List, Gifs and so on. You will also receive my Direct Mobile Support Number.

Do I Have To Use PayPal?
Well, the short answer is No; however, bare in mind, that if you don't use PayPal, your only other option is Mail-In Payment (6 Months Minimum). We can, and will upon request, Bill you through PayPal for the 6-month minimum; whereas you can use your Credit Card again, without registering with PayPal. We will work with you so that something "fits". The other thing you may need to know, is that PayPal, is the only "Shopping Cart" we use - and, you must be registered with PayPal before I can set your cart up for you. Believe me, PayPal is "King-On-The-Hill, when it comes to the matter of web funding/payment and so on. No one, including us, sees your personal financial information. Just let us know what works for you, and we'll work it out. Sitejunky.com, is about as "flexible" as it gets.

About Shopping Cart
Shopping Cart, is a great addition to your site if you are selling Products, Goods, Services and such. There are literally 100's of different type "Carts" on the Web. Most of them are difficult to navigate, setup and maintain. PayPal, is a "slam-dunk"; takes hardly any effort to set up. If you're already a member, you can do this very simply. We can do it two ways for you: 1/ Give us your password information for "setup" (after which you should change your passwords), and we'll set the cart and buy-it-now buttons up on your site. OR, You may send us the HTML Code/s for the Cart and Button/s, and we'll feed them into your page. You may feel better doing it that way and we don't blame you. See Example for what is meant by HTML Code. In the event you wish to do it this way, we will "Walk you through" the process of setting it up. I'll get you there!

What Are "Domain Names"?
A "Domain Name", is simply put ... your address on the World Wide Web. It is the title to your web site, that distinguishes you from the rest of the World. Bob's Landscaping.com, Steve's.com Fiberboardsinc.com etc. We pay for the Domain Name, you need not worry about that. You will be asked on the Client Snapshot Form which name you would like; sometimes, the name is already taken. You can choose many different names, and once you've decided on one in particular, you simply tell us what it is, and we'll secure it for you. If you ever decide to leave Sitejunky.com (god forbid), we will gladly let you take your domain name with you; we'll even help you switch your "nameservers" and get you up and running at your new site.

Watching My Site Built?
You're going to love this part: We, are the only one on the web that I know of, who "invites you" to take a Real-Time part in the production of your site. There is a Box on the form you receive, that asks: Would you like to be advised when the work is being done on your site? If you check "Yes", you will be emailed just moments before we start working on the site. By refreshing the page every few minutes, you will see new things just seem to appear all over your site. We do ask that you wait until we get the first initial page done, before you ask us to make modifications. We will do that several times for you - for FREE. Neat huh?

How Do I Get This Going?
Once your payment has been received, and you have completed the Client Informational Form, you'll be issued a Client # and asked to pick a style of "header"; from any of our design pages - or from any of our sites. Or, something you dream up; we can get pretty fancy. You will be asked if you want a couple of customized banners too. Then you will choose other items from the Client's Web-Zone page, such as bullets, buttons, logos, animated gifs, backgrounds, dividers & more. When you have made your selection/s, we'll start on it right away. If it too complex to do all that choosing stuff, we will design one around the results of your Client Snapshot Form. We will be in close contact with you throughout the entire process - "not to worry".

Additional Billing Information:
All account set-ups require that you have a Credit or Debit Card !
Your monthly payment is setup for automatic deduction from your account (unless you opt for the mail-in option on our Client Snapshot Form). We do not "Bill" directly for services. In the event of Non-Payment, we will email you, and let you know that your payment has not yet been received. If payment is not received within 48 hours from the time we sent the email, the account will be temporarily closed and the Site will be "locked out". So, you can see why the auto-pay feature of PayPal is so critical to the operation. Most all Hosting and Web Ventures use PayPal.

We're easy enough; we just have a few simple ground rules:
1. There is No XXX Smut (of any kind) permitted. If it's Raw Sex in nature, we don't want you. If you are displaying True Art of some kind, we'll give it a look see - before we build your site. Some types of nudity, are just fine providing it's displayed correctly.
2. No Anti-Racial and/or American bashing sites are permitted. Moderate Government bashing is fine; since the times seem to call for it.
